Mr. Chrysanthus M. Asuka
Everyone who has had contact with Mr. Chrysanthus Asuka is left with no choice than to accept the incontrovertible fact that his life is a study in excellence, discipline and unwavering commitment to godly living.
Born on the 10th July, 1954, Mr. Chrysanthus M. Asuka came into a Catholic family of Catechist Michael Akpan Asuka and Madam Josephine M. Asuka, all of blessed memory. Mr. Chrysanthus M. Asuka, an indigene of Ukana Ikot Akpan Esang is happily married to Mrs Theresa Asuka and the union is blessed with four lovely children.
His academic journey kicked off at St. Thomas Primary School, Ikpe Annang where he schooled from 1962 – 1969. From there, he moved to Holy Family college, Oku Abak from 1970 – 1974 and passed out with Division One. He proceeded to College of Education, Uyo in 1974 and graduated in 1977 as the best graduating student in his Department.
After successfully completing his one-year NYSC programme in 1978, he gained admission into the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka and bagged a Second Class Upper B. Sc, Education in 1981. His sterling academic credentials saw him serve in several secondary schools within the State as a teacher and principal of great repute where he contributed immensely to the training and moulding of young characters. One will not fail to mention his unquantifiable service at St. Mary’s Science College, Ediene Abak and Holy Family College, Oku Abak.

    Mr. C. M. Asuka is a great Man, a great Teacher, and my role model, as an educationist He has imparted so well on people far and near, He was my Principal @ both HOLY FAMILY COLLEGE OKU ABAK AND SCIENCE COLLEGE EDIENE ABAK, I learnt a lot from Him.
